As we expand our services and client base, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can shape our vision, lead from experience, and still stay close to the ground reality.

This role is ideal for someone who has grown inside a digital marketing agency or has worked closely with one. Someone who knows that great strategies are born not just in meetings, but while solving real client problems.

Weboin is a creative and fast-growing digital marketing company based in Chennai. Since 2013, we’ve worked with over 1,000 clients—from local startups to international businesses. We offer services like SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation, and website development. Our team is young, energetic, and passionate about delivering real results.

As the CMO, you will own Weboin’s overall marketing direction and growth strategy.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Defining and executing marketing strategies for Weboin and its clients
• Leading branding, positioning, and demand generation efforts
• Working closely with sales and business teams to drive revenue
• Overseeing performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media strategies
• Mentoring team leads, juniors, and interns
• Analyzing data and turning insights into action

• 7 plus years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media, web solutions, and analytics
• Experience building and scaling marketing teams
