Chief Manager - Production

Job Description

The incumbent will serve as the Chief Manager of Production, leading and overseeing all aspects of site production operations. This role will involve optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving efficiency and quality in the production facility. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for managing internal and external supply and customers.

• Adherence to cGMP and safety norms in accordance with industry standards.
• Demonstrating a strong ability to plan production cycles for all machinery within the plant by utilizing planning systems and material output requirements. Resolving critical escalations related to product manufacturing.
• Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations at the unit while meeting all quality, environmental, health, and safety (EHS), and regulatory standards. Ensuring adherence to all internal processes and statutory compliance.
• Capacity planning and optimizing resource utilization to achieve cost leadership in the products manufactured at the site.
• Developing short-term and long-term manufacturing and operations strategies.
• Developing the capabilities of the team to meet customer expectations and fostering a customer-centric approach within the organization.
• Leading continual improvement and operational excellence initiatives, providing long-term strategic direction to the site.
• Demonstrating a strong ability to plan production cycles for all machinery within the plant using planning systems and material output requirements. Resolving critical escalations related to product manufacturing.
