🚨 We're Hiring | Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) | Pune

Are you a seasoned cybersecurity leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise security strategy and governance? We are looking for an experienced Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) to lead cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen organizational resilience, and partner with executive leadership to build a robust security program.

📍 Location: Pune (Onsite)

💼 Experience: 7+ Years

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Lead information security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and COBIT.
• Oversee cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Conduct enterprise risk assessments and manage third-party/vendor security risks.
• Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity strategy, investments, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead security awareness initiatives and enhance the organization's cyber resilience.
• Provide guidance on OT/ICS security and secure IT-OT integration.

Must-Have Skills

✔️ Information Security Governance & Risk Management

✔️ ISO 27001 & NIST Cybersecurity Framework

✔️ Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or vCISO

Preferred Certifications

✅ CISSP | CISM | CRISC | ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer | CCSP | GIAC/GICSP
