Role Description

This is a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position, based on-site in the Pune District. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budget management, risk assessment, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure financial sustainability, compliance with regulations, and effective resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects. The role also includes providing financial forecasts, advising on investment strategies, and ensuring that company financial practices align with long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning, Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Financial Regulatory Standards
• Experience in Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation, and Investment Management
• Strong Leadership, Decision-Making, and Stakeholder Management skills
• Proficiency in Financial Software, Accounting Systems, and Advanced Excel
• Ability to adapt financial strategies to support sustainable business growth
• Solid understanding of real estate development or a related industry; experience in redevelopment is a plus
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), MBA in Finance, or an equivalent qualification
