I am partnering with a successful, fast-growing restaurant group based in Jeddah to find a Finance Director for a pivotal leadership role. This is a unique opportunity to become the #1 finance leader for a well-established, homegrown brand as it enters its next major phase of expansion, backed by a recently secured significant partnership to fuel ambitious growth plans across the region.

The Role:

Build and lead the complete finance function from the ground up as the most senior finance executive, supporting rapid scaling across the Kingdom and beyond.
Develop and execute the financial strategy for national and regional expansion, ensuring sustainable profitability and operational efficiency.
Act as the primary strategic finance partner to the founder and CEO, providing commercial insights and shaping key business decisions.
Implement robust planning, reporting, and operational finance frameworks to drive transparency, accountability, and performance.
Professionalize all fiscal, legal, and compliance structures to support the business's evolution into a market-leading enterprise.

What We're Looking For:

Proven financial leadership experience at a senior level, ideally within multi-site restaurant.
A track record of driving financial strategy and operational excellence in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate permanently—this role requires deep immersion in the business and local market.
Arabic speaker is essential—the ability to communicate fluently with the founder, local teams, partners, and regulators is critical.
Strong expertise in financial planning, management reporting, treasury, and compliance.
A hands-on, pragmatic leader who thrives in dynamic, founder-led environments and is comfortable building from the ground up as the sole most senior finance figure.
Big 4 background combined with in-house experience is highly regarded.
