• Lead end-to-end financial strategy, planning & business operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS & financial reporting
• Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement & working capital management
• Oversee plant finance, inventory controls & operational finance functions
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, taxation & corporate governance
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow & fund management
• Support leadership in strategic decision-making, business expansion & financial planning
• Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team across functions
