Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary located in Surat, Gujarat. The professional in this role will oversee the company’s financial strategies, manage financial planning, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. They will lead the financial reporting process, provide analytical insights for business decisions, and work closely with stakeholders to drive growth and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, ROC, etc.)
• Handle audits (internal, statutory, tax audits)
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth
• Lead and manage finance & accounts team
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet)

Qualifications

• CA / CS / MBA Finance (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
