Position: Chief Financial Officer

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Compensation: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month; negotiable based on experience and capability

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the finance, accounts, taxation, costing, cash flow, and compliance functions across two manufacturing entities in the textile sector. The CFO will work in close collaboration with senior management and will play a pivotal role in building robust financial systems, enhancing reporting standards, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring strong financial discipline throughout the organisation.

Key Role

• Oversee and manage the finance and accounts functions across both entities.

• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and MIS reporting.

• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, statutory audits, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and manage receivables, payables, banking relationships, loans, and working capital.

• Prepare, review, and present profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and comprehensive financial reports.

• Drive cost control initiatives and provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts and finance team.

• Coordinate effectively with external auditors, financial consultants, banks, and government authorities.

• Establish and maintain proper financial records, internal controls, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial data.


Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Prior experience in the textile, dyeing, printing, processing, or manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.

• Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, audits, costing, budgeting, and MIS.

• Ability to manage and consolidate financial operations across multiple entities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.

• High degree of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work directly and effectively with senior management.
