Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation. The role requires a finance leader with 15–20 years of progressive experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to partner with the CEO and Board to support growth, profitability, and risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize and implement the overall financial strategy and operating framework aligned with the company’s business goals
Manage and execute the entire P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow of the organization
Work closely with business heads to support growth initiatives, investments, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring achievement through effective resource allocation
Evaluate financial and operational challenges, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies and value-creation opportunities
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury, and statutory compliance in line with applicable regulations and standards
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit processes to ensure transparency and financial integrity
Drive working capital optimization, liquidity management, and capital expenditure planning
Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators, and financial institutions
Lead and implement financial systems, policies, and processes across accounting, controls, compliance, and reporting
Build, lead, and mentor the finance team to support business growth and decision-making
Develop the organizational structure, talent roadmap, and performance culture within the finance function

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required
Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) preferred
15+ years of experience in finance and business management, with significant leadership exposure
