The Role:

We are seeking a Chief Contracts Manager for our Bhopal Metro project

• Lead contract management activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements in contract execution.
• Mitigate risks through effective contract analysis, dispute resolution, and claim management.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and legal departments to align contracts with project goals.
• Monitor contractor performance and address contractual deviations.
• Provide strategic advice on contractual matters and support decision-making processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, industry standards, and best practices.
• Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering
• Minimum experience: 20+ years post qualification
• Mandatory requirement: 3+ years experience in Metro rail/Large Infrastructure projects
