Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida for an Academic Leader. The leader will be accountable for

1. Monitor Daily academic activity.
2. Manage Learning Management System.
3. Allocate teaching staff & manage timetables so that we have >90% utilisation
4. Organise Skill bases courses within the timetable.
5. Execute structured Linked in learning for students.
6. Monitor teaching staff and organise FDP’s.
7. Manage disciple in the college.
8. Organise and lead student activities in the colleges.
9. Working with marketing team to do presentations externally.
10. Partner with placement team to improve subject knowledge, implementation of skills and organise soft skills training.
11.  Develop structured approach to implement key AI tools

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Strategic Planning
• Proven leadership in Educational Leadership, including managing faculty and fostering academic growth
• Foundational knowledge and experience in Education and Research
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in IT, Finance or Management, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). UGC NET qualified will be added advantage.
• Proven experience in a senior academic leadership role
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards and academic compliance
• Commitment to promoting innovation in teaching and implementing modern educational technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the education sector is a plus but retired or CRS employees from corporates at mid-management level are welcome.
