The Chemical Data Scientist will focus on analyzing complex chemical data sets, creating predictive models, and developing optimization algorithms to improve manufacturing and industrial processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, processing, and interpreting large-scale datasets, designing machine learning pipelines, and collaborating closely with engineers and domain experts to implement data-driven insights. The role also involves staying updated on the latest advancements in AI, chemical, and process engineering technologies. Qualifications Strong skills in Data Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Data Processing Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and developing algorithms for process optimization Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB, and familiarity with data visualization and statistical platforms Background in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Master's or degree in Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant discipline is preferred Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial processes, or working with Digital Twin technologies is a plus
