Job Summary

In this role, you will work with Naucem AI Customers and be responsible for building & designing conversational chatbots that can be directly deployed for usage by the large volume of customers. Prepare Chatbot user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. The bots will be launched as conversational interfaces on their own website, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slack, Telegram, Viber and SMS, skill on Amazon Alexa supported devices.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new Chatbots.
• Analyze customer needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to satisfy the functional and non-requirements.
• Manages production support issues.
• Completes agreed to work within established estimates and communicates status and issues promptly.
• Development focused on Chatbot & AI projects.
  
  

Required Experience And Qualifications

• B. Tech/BE/ME/MTech/ degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Proven working experience in software development (more than 2 years).
• Knowledge of Chatbot platforms and more than 6 months of working experience in the development of Chatbot or other AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies.
• Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle.
• A strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is critical.
