  1. Comfortable working in a BPO environment with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs (5-day working).
  2. This is an onsite role based in Ahmedabad.
  3. Eligibility includes graduates or 12th pass candidates who are not currently pursuing any studies.
  4. The first 3 months will be a training period with no leaves allowed (candidates should not have commitments like exams, marriage, etc. during this period).
  5. Salary range will be between ₹23,000 – ₹36,000 depending on the program (we will ensure not to overcommit).



Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Chat Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include delivering prompt and effective customer support via chat, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Tasks also involve addressing customer concerns, maintaining a professional tone in written interactions, and ensuring accurate problem resolution to enhance customer experiences. Collaboration with team members to improve service processes will also be required.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills to efficiently handle client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to ensure positive interactions and align with client expectations.
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette for corresponding effectively through multiple communication channels.
  • Excellent written communication skills tailored for chat-based platforms.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in typing and comfort with using chat tools and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service will be a plus.
