Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of IND AS and Listing Compliance . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance for listed or pre-listed entities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and finalize financial statements as per IND AS requirements. Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors. Handle listing compliances , disclosures, and SEBI-related requirements. Review and ensure accuracy in accounting records, journal entries, and reconciliations. Support management in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Assist in quarterly and annual financial closures. Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory guidelines. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of IND AS and Listing Regulations . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant with 2?4 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in listed or large-scale corporate environments preferred.
