Job Description

• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise junior accountants and finance staff.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and controls.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Partner with management for business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
• Support due diligence and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, or new projects.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in GST and Export Knowledge.
• Good communication and team leadership abilities.
