Sourcing Manager – Channel Sales (Real Estate)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Manager – Channel Sales to build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to generate qualified leads and site visits for our projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent relationship management skills, and experience working with channel partners in residential and commercial real estate projects.

This role plays a critical part in expanding the broker network and ensuring a steady pipeline of buyers and investors.

Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Development

- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokerage networks.

- Expand the company’s channel partner ecosystem in Navi Mumbai and surrounding markets.

Lead Generation & Sourcing

- Generate qualified leads and site visits through channel partners.

- Ensure a consistent pipeline of potential buyers and investors.

- Coordinate closely with the Sales Closing team to convert sourced leads into bookings.

Broker Engagement

- Conduct broker meets, networking events, and project presentations.

- Keep channel partners updated about inventory, pricing, offers, and project highlights.

- Ensure partners actively promote the project in the market.

Site Visit Coordination

- Arrange and coordinate site visits for channel partners and their clients.

- Support channel partners during project presentations and client interactions.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor projects, pricing trends, and broker feedback.

- Provide insights on market sentiment and buyer demand.

Reporting & Tracking

- Maintain records of channel partners, leads generated, and site visits conducted.

- Track performance of channel partners and sourcing activities.

RequirementsExperience

- 2–4 years of experience in real estate channel sales / sourcing.

- Experience working with channel partners for residential and commercial projects.

- Strong broker network in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai Metropolitan Region preferred.

Skills

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to motivate and activate channel partners.

- Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage ecosystem.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
