Job Description
Job Purpose To achieve the sales and collection targets for the assigned parties and area for assigned products. Job Context & Major Challenges What are the specific aspects of the job that provide a challenge to the jobholder in the context of the Unit/Zone? What are the thrust areas for the function. Being there in the end level of the chain and interacting with the clients requires us to portray ourselves better every time. Given with targets needs to bring new customers and to take efforts to retain the existing customer base. Any issue with quality/supply/production is rooted through us and needs to be addressed up to the satisfaction of the customers. JOB SPECIFIC Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target. To achieve segment wise sales in all segments which includes project govt and retail. To reduce the no.of credit days and bring it within credit limits. Collecting all the critical payments and bring them to nil The major challenges for the job is 1. Achieving the targets consistently and executing it to the satisfaction of the customers. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 1. To Plan and strategize the marketing activities in such a way to achieve the given targets 1. Monitoring the allotted geographic areas regularly. 2. Market studies to get to know the up to date of market position. 3. Competitor analysis KRA2 "2. To co ordinate with the internal set up" 1. Co-ordination with production logistics and commercial department to meet the day to day schedules. 2. To ensure the information flow from the plant co ordinator and enroot the Application Engr. To execute the given schedule KRA3 3. To ensure the credit limits of the clients and operate within the allocated credit limit 1. Ensure and Coordinate with all customers to collect the payments with in the given credit period. 2. Getting the balance confirmation from the clients on quarterly basis. KRA4 "4. Activities towards the customer relationship" To initiate activities to entertain the customer this will help to establish a good rapport with the customer
