Channel Partnerships Lead — India


About the Role: OnDemand International works with businesses and individuals across the world on company incorporation, compliance, banking, and immigration/mobility solutions across 20+ jurisdictions.

We're hiring a Channel Partnerships Lead to build our India partner network from the ground up and turn it into one of our core growth engines.


This role is about building trusted partnerships with the professionals who already serve the clients we want to reach — Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CSs), fintechs, study-abroad consultants, and visa/immigration experts — and converting those relationships into consistent, recurring business.


What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a network of CA/CS firms, fintechs, study-abroad consultancies, and visa/immigration consultants who refer business to us
  • Pitch, negotiate, and onboard new partners across and beyond
  • Convert signed partners into active, consistently referring partners — not just names on paper
  • Help partners understand our global offerings well enough to spot the right opportunities for their clients
  • Own the partner pipeline, referral process, and revenue number, and report on it directly


Who We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years in business development, channel partnerships, corporate services, fintech partnerships, or immigration/study-abroad consulting
  • An existing, active network among CAs, CSs, fintechs, and study-abroad or visa-consulting firms
  • A track record of building or managing partner/referral relationships
  • Working knowledge of incorporation, compliance, or cross-border business services
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to own a number without close supervision
  • Fluent in English and Hindi


Important: This role is for someone who already has an active professional network in the CA/CS/fintech/study-abroad/visa-consulting ecosystem. It is not a fit for candidates looking to build this network from the ground up. Please apply only if these relationships are already in place.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cross-border business: incorporation, banking, tax, or immigration
  • Existing relationships with fintechs, study-abroad, or visa-consulting firms
  • Familiarity with global markets such as the UAE, Singapore, or Europe


Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on experience, plus performance-linked incentives tied to the channel revenue you build.
