Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, and driving customer retention. Your day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting clients throughout their journey. Additionally, you will analyze client feedback to improve experiences and maintain long-term partnerships with our clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and improve services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and time management skills
  • Experience in EdTech or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
