o Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements.

o Managing dependencies across multiple projects & Demands

o Measure & Monitor Progress

o Should be capable of bringing the continuous improvements in release management (Lean releases)

o Change management

ITIL Processes

o Build process documentation

• Should have the consulting background to bring in the best practices & eliminate the process gaps

Tool Knowledge:

o Working knowledge of Confluence or similar tool

• Should be a quick learner of any new tools
