Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with 10+ years of IT experience to lead the transformation from legacy monitoring platforms to a unified Observability and AIOps operating model. The ideal candidate will drive change strategy, process transformation, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption across IT Operations, NOC, Security, and related teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute change management and adoption strategies.
- Lead process redesign for Incident, Event, Monitoring, Alerting, ITSM, and ITOM workflows.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programs.
- Drive organizational readiness and user adoption.
- Establish adoption metrics and measure business value.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with expertise in Organizational Change Management.
- Prosci/ADKAR, APMG Change Management, or equivalent certification.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation programs involving Observability, Monitoring, IT Operations, ITSM, ITOM, or AIOps.
- Strong stakeholder management, process transformation, communication, and training skills.
- Experience working in complex, multi-country, multi-vendor environments.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL certification or enterprise IT Operations experience.
- Experience with Observability or Monitoring platform transformation
