How You Might Spend Your Days

As our Change Manager:

Own or coordinate the IT change lifecycle from request intake through closure, ensuring changes are logged, classified, assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, verified, and reviewed.

Prepare and facilitate CAB/ECAB inputs, including agenda, risk and impact details, implementation windows, rollback plans, test plans, stakeholder approvals, and post-change updates.

Coordinate with requesters, technical teams, vendors, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure each change is clear, complete, and executable with minimal business disruption.

Maintain change calendar, change records, supporting evidence, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation for normal, standard, expedited, emergency, and no-impact changes.

Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve change governance, communication, compliance, and operational stability.

Who you are:

We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the effort we do as a team. As a person, you:

  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple changes, stakeholders, and dependencies organized.
  • Confident in communicating with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership in a clear and professional manner.
  • Comfortable challenging incomplete change requests and asking the right questions on risk, impact, testing, rollback, and communication.
  • Collaborative and service-minded, with the ability to build trust while maintaining process discipline.
  • Curious and improvement-focused, with a mindset of learning from incidents, PIR outcomes, audit findings, and stakeholder feedback.

What you bring to the role:

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT change management, IT service management, service operations, project coordination, or a closely related IT governance role.
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based change management practices, including RFCs, CAB/ECAB, risk and impact assessment, service windows, implementation planning, rollback planning, and PIR.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools and maintaining accurate change records, task updates, approvals, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate across infrastructure, applications, service desk, vendors, and business teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear change summaries, stakeholder communication, and management reporting.
