Reporting to : Head GQ/Z (Central Quality)

Purpose Of The Position

To Plan, monitor & execute SGK & Investment budget for Quality Management.
To Plan Headcount Budget for QM series car production against the agreement with QM Head & Controlling
To prepare Forecasting, provisions against financial year End & yearly company closing for Quality Management
Central Coordination for GRC, POD, 5S, Stimmungs barometer and Innovation, Ideas for complete Quality
Conduct QMS Audit as per ISO 9001 standard

Authority

Allocation of Cost-center wise Budget (Headcount, Investment & Overheads) after agreement with Controlling & HODs
Release monthly budget reports to respective QM heads
To access the confidential data related to Budget, Manpower & Financial KPIs from HR & Controlling
Demand authenticated data from various QM sections for Top Management Reports and Presentations
Identify and recommend QM department Strategic Risks for GRC recording
Evaluation of QM Stimmungs barometer data & final sheet release to HR
Evaluate the Ideas & decide the innovative ideas for Quality Management Employees
Conduct the QMS audit as per plan, decide NC or OFI findings and release Audit report.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Planning Round Preparation

Preparation, Planning, Modification & Distribution of yearly budget for Overheads, Investment & Headcount as per Premises for Quality Management
To prepare QM budget requirements as per business needs for Top management presentations
To review & propose Financial KPI for Quality Management to controlling after agreement with QM Head
To identify & propose measures to achieve Financial Efficiency Tasks set by SAVWIPL Management & Group Management

Overhead & Investment Budget

To report cost center wise Overhead /Investment Budget status to all QM HOD`s on monthly basis
To analyse Financial KPI report & GLwise SAP data for QM & Propose the required modifications to controlling
To Monitor SAP data received from Controlling for Overhead budget for Quality Management & to prepare Monthly budget report for QM HODs
Preparation of Provisions for Quality Management for Monthly & Yearly financial closing & review with Head GQ/Z
Coordinate Monthly forecasting for QM overhead budget after discussion with area coordinator & QM heads
Escalation of critical topics of Budget relevant issues to the Head of Quality E.g Additional costs, unplanned expenses, wrong bookings etc.

Headcount Budget

To prepare & provide designation wise Headcount for MPR preparation
To ensure modification in Headcount database as per QM manpower status & ensure the changes in SAP
Co-ordination of QM HOD management meeting & Monthly Headcount reporting to QM HOD
Monitoring of Indirect Manpower status & escalation of critical topics
To perform structural analysis based on Factory automation, No. of parts handled, number of checkpoints, lines etc. for QM Manpower as per konzern guidelines
Analysis of Indirect headcount status for Quality Management
To Prepare HPU for Quality Management Manpower as per Industrial Engineering guidelines
Ensure preparation, justification & timely approval of Shopping cart for Graduate /Diploma apprentice trainees /intern & allocation of the same within QM

Central Quality Coordination

Coordinate activities for complete Quality Management for Stimmung barometer, Idea, Innovation management, with HR for complete Quality Management, POD, Process Standard form SK HQ & VW AG,
Prepare of GQ Reporting (Monthly, Weekly Reports etc) for Quality Management Department
Conduct the QMS internal audit in year & Release the Audit report
Ensure timely closure of internal QMS audit OFI’s and NC’s of audited areas
Evaluate HPO/HPQ Ideas
