We’re Hiring: Central Planner & Estimator (Project Coordinator) (Office-Based)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 / month

We’re looking for a logic-first Central Planner & Estimator to run the planning and estimation engine for multiple construction sites — from our central office.

This is not a site role.

This is a planning, estimation, and systems role.

The Role

You will act as the central brain of operations, responsible for:

• Planning materials and quantities in advance for multiple sites
• Creating BOQs and material forecasts from drawings
• Ensuring zero stockouts through disciplined planning
• Working extensively with Excel, ERP tools, and internal systems
• Coordinating with site teams to ensure execution follows the plan
• Maintaining accurate, clean, and auditable planning data

Do NOT Apply If

• You dislike Excel or spreadsheets
• You think estimation is guesswork
• You prefer field work over office-based planning
• You are reactive instead of structured

This role has zero tolerance for chaos.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, structured sheets)
• Ability to read drawings and convert them into material quantities
• Clear professional communication (English)
• Comfortable learning ERP and planning tools
• High ownership and accountability
• Must be based in Calicut or nearby (on-site role)

Preferred Profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years experience in estimation / planning
• Experience with ERP or construction planning tools
• Disciplined freshers with strong Excel skills may apply

Probation (Mandatory)

• 3-month probation
• Salary starts at the lower end of the range
• After 90 days of zero-error execution, the salary will be reviewed and finalized
