Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Center Sales Manager. The Center Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving sales at the training center. The role includes generating leads, managing inquiries, converting potential clients into trainees, and ensuring team targets are met. The manager will also handle administrative duties, build and maintain client relationships, track key performance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders for operational efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals
• Strong team management and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
• Experience in problem-solving, multitasking, and working in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications
• Experience in the education, training, and/or BFSI sector is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
