Center Manager

Republic of Karting is one of Western India’s leading go-karting brands, with tracks operating across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.

We are currently hiring a Centre Manager for our Ahmedabad track, located on New Science City Road.

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth track operations, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the go-karting centre
• Lead, train, and supervise the on-ground team
• Ensure high standards of customer service and safety
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all track assets and equipment
• Maintain operational efficiency and a positive customer environment
• Drive a fun, seamless, and memorable karting experience for every visitor

We are looking for someone who is proactive, operationally strong, customer-focused, and capable of managing a fast-paced recreational environment.
