Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Celonis and Process Intelligence implementations across multiple enterprise clients simultaneously
• Own delivery governance, implementation quality, milestone tracking, and risk management across all active engagements
• Provide hands-on architecture leadership: process mining design, data modelling, event log structuring, KPI frameworks, Action Flows, and enterprise integrations
• Drive measurable business outcomes — not just technical delivery but value realisation and client adoption
• Manage and lead a globally distributed delivery team; take accountability for resourcing, utilisation, and team performance
• Handle escalations, client delivery issues, and scope challenges with maturity and speed
• Conduct solution reviews, delivery audits, and QA checkpoints to maintain implementation standards across all projects
• Support Practice & Capability Building initiatives like establishing delivery methodology, implementation governance standards, build and mentor the delivery team — consultants, data engineers, and BPM specialists at various experience levels
• Create reusable accelerators, implementation templates, PQL libraries, and industry-specific IP assets
• Support deal pursuits, client discovery workshops, and proof-of-concepts for qualified opportunities
• Contribute to the practice’s thought leadership and market positioning through technical expertise and delivery credibility

Required Skills & Experience

Celonis & Process Intelligence

• 4+ years of hands-on Celonis implementation experience with at least two enterprise-scale deployments delivered end-to-end
• Deep expertise in Process Mining, Celonis Studio, Action Flows, event log design, KPI frameworks, and process analytics
• Strong data modelling and transformation skills — comfortable working directly in PQL and understanding connector architecture
• Experience integrating Celonis with Oracle, SalesForce, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms
• Solid understanding of execution management — closing the loop from process discovery to operational improvement

Delivery & Leadership

• Proven experience leading and governing complex, multi-stream delivery programmes in a consulting or services context
• Experience managing globally distributed or offshore delivery teams with accountability for quality and predictability
• Strong stakeholder management: ability to engage confidently at CXO level on delivery performance and business value
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow consultants across experience levels
• Track record of building reusable delivery assets, frameworks, and implementation standards
