In Salesforce compliance and security at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services aht confirm compliance and enhance security within Salesforce applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement security measures, and offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards. Working in this area, you will enable clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Cyber, Data & Tech Risk-Enterprise Technology Solutions - Salesforce provides a broad range of services specific to business process controls supported by Salesforce (i.e., Sales, Service, e-commerce, Marketing, Digital Interaction Cloud etc.), IT controls, and Salesforce Application & System level security. The role would primarily be focused primarily on working on Security Configuration of a Salesforce Org and secondarily on Salesforce Org Security Assessments, Segregation of Duties, Managing and creating Security Policies. Working as Manager-I, is expected to work in a team of 8-12 people for multiple projects in Security Configuration & Customization for Salesforce. The Various Tasks Include Leveraging Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trails, Event Monitoring & Einstein Data Detect) Implement Data Masking, Security & privacy framework for the applications, Security assessment and SoDs, Controls and Policies. Salesforce Security re-design (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Apex Sharing), Customization which includes Apex, Visualforce Pages, Aura and Lightning Web Components, Lightning flows, best practices Good to have cross platform integration experience Implementing SSO, Platform events, Encryption, Auth. Providers and Authorization protocols, Integration design patterns, IAM, Threat Monitoring, data visibility and protection. Mentoring/leading team members and involved in activities like capacity planning, business prioritization activities, grooming user stories and solutioning Knowledge Preferred Extensive experience in Force.com platform using APEX and Visualforce SOQL, SOSL Must have Field service Lightning tool configuration experience. Experience with SFDX, Aura, Git, REST, and Middleware/ETL/ESB is highly preferred. Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Administrator certifications. Experience with VS Code, JSON, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery. Experience with Gitlab/GitHub/Bitbucket, and SDLC Experience with Integrations across legacy systems through Apex or any other declarative tools/middleware. Capability Demonstrates thorough ability to adapt a work program and practice aid, as well as perform assessments, using PwC's proprietary or other relevant tools to evaluate controls, security, SOD, and potential for optimization. Demonstrates thorough abilities to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understanding of the client's business. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of designing and execution of test scripts for Salesforce Business Process Experience 8-12 years of experience in the domains mentioned in the Job Description above Experience of Sales/Service/Industry specific Cloud implementation would be beneficial. Experience of leading 6?10-member teams would be an advantage. Education Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Management Information Systems or Masters in Computer Applications. Post-graduate certification like CA/MBA etc. Would be an added bonus.
