Sarbajira Software is hiring a CCTV Monitoring Engineer to support security monitoring operations at our Hosur location. The role involves real-time surveillance monitoring, incident identification, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor multiple CCTV screens and identify suspicious activities, security incidents, and operational exceptions.
• Operate and support DVR/NVR, IP Camera, PTZ Camera, and Video Management System (VMS) environments.
• Record, report, and escalate incidents promptly as per defined procedures.
• Coordinate with security personnel and internal stakeholders during incidents or alerts.
• Maintain shift handover logs, incident records, and monitoring reports.
• Ensure continuous monitoring coverage during assigned rotational shifts.

• Basic understanding of CCTV monitoring, surveillance operations, and incident reporting.
• Familiarity with DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PTZ cameras, and VMS systems.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and PoE.
• Alert, attentive, and capable of making timely decisions in a monitoring environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

• Knowledge of Hikvision, Dahua, or similar CCTV surveillance systems.
• Prior exposure to security operations, control rooms, or surveillance monitoring is an advantage.
