Job Title: CCS Developer

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Remote

About the Role

It is looking for an experienced CCS Developer with strong expertise in Data Center Networking, SONiC, Linux Networking, and Network ASIC development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating networking features for next-generation cloud networking solutions while working closely with senior engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software components for cloud and data center networking platforms.
Develop and integrate new networking features using SONiC SAI.
Work on Linux networking, including TCP/IP stack and Netlink.
Design, develop, and integrate solutions with Network ASIC SDKs.
Implement and optimize Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols.
Collaborate with senior engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Take ownership of projects from requirement analysis to successful delivery.
Develop scalable, high-performance networking solutions for modern data center environments.
Troubleshoot networking issues and optimize system performance.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

Required Skills

5–10 years of software development experience.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, and Go.
Hands-on experience with Docker.
Experience with SONiC SAI development and feature integration.
Strong experience with Redis DB.
Hands-on experience with Network ASIC architecture and SDK development/integration.
Experience with Linux TCP/IP networking and Netlink.
Hands-on experience with Layer 2 protocols:
teamd
STP (Spanning Tree Protocol)
Hands-on experience with Layer 3 protocols:
FRR
BGP
OSPF
Experience in designing, developing, and testing Data Center Networking infrastructure and protocols.
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

Good understanding of Data Center architectures, including:
Leaf-Spine
CLOS Network
Knowledge of Distributed Systems.
Ability to independently manage projects from scoping to production delivery.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and customer stakeholders.
