Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Catering Manager role based in Lucknow. The Catering Manager will oversee food service operations, manage catering services for events, and ensure the highest standard of food and beverage experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, managing catering teams, sourcing supplies, and ensuring quality control. The Catering Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards and provide excellent customer service, consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Catering and Food Service operations
• Excellent Customer Service and client relations skills
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage management, including inventory and menu planning
• Experience or understanding of Cooking processes and techniques
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage catering teams and event logistics
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality is an advantage
