Job Description

Job Title: Category Marketing Executive - KSA

Location: Lulu Cyber Tower 2, Infopark, Kochi

Experience required: 2+ years

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in marketing or business.

Role Summary

Responsible for coordinating and executing category‑specific marketing activities for Lulu KSA from the Kochi back office. The role supports Fresh (Hot food, Bakery, Fish, Meat) Health & Beauty, TCG, FMCG Imports, Fruits & Vegetables, and Department Store/Fashion categories through campaign planning, supplier coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support KSA category teams with marketing plans, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with suppliers for marketing budgets and co‑funded activities.
Prepare campaign briefs, artwork requests, and promotional calendars.
Support digital marketing (banners, CRM, online promotions).
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Ensure marketing standards and brand guidelines are followed across KSA stores.
Coordinate remotely with KSA operations for execution.

Requirements

2 plus years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or category management.
Experience in Fresh, H&B, TCG, FMCG Imports, F&V, or Fashion categories preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and data analysis skills.
Ability to work with cross‑country teams.
Master’s degree in marketing or business.
