Job Title : Category Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or 10X).
• Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance.
• Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers.
• Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams.
• Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance to execute daily operations/tasks.
• Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise.
• Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency.
• Develop operational excellence to meet business goals.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development
• Extremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellent patient experience.
• Excellent Leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.
• Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.
• Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
• Preferably done zero to one and have built categories
