Job Description

HomOfix Company is a fast-growing home services platform committed to delivering reliable, high-quality services at customers’ doorsteps. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Category Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, recruit, and onboard skilled Service Experts (AC & Appliance Technicians, Cleaning Professionals, Carpenters, etc.) onto our platform.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with skilled service professionals across the city.

  • Explain company policies, commission structure, and benefits clearly to prospects.

  • Verify documents and ensure proper KYC of service experts.

  • Onboard and train new service professionals on SOPs and service standards.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential service experts.

  • Build long-term relationships with onboarded partners.

  • Ensure quality standards and performance compliance.

  • Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth activation.

  • Meet monthly onboarding targets.


  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or a related field is preferred.

    • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partner Onboarding.

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

    • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
