Category Internship in Kolkata

The category intern – Liquor will support day-to-day category operations, ensuring smooth indenting, purchase order processing, and coordination with stores for timely closures. The role requires flexibility during peak business periods, especially festive months.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in liquor indenting based on store requirements and stock levels.
• Generate and track purchase orders (POs) in the system.
• Coordinate closely with stores to ensure timely and accurate GRN (Goods receipt note) processing.
• Follow up with stores and internal teams for PO closure within defined timelines.
• Support the category team during high-volume periods, including festive seasons.
• Maintain proper documentation and basic reporting related to POs and GRNs.
  
  

Note: Flexible to work on weekends and extended hours during peak or festive periods, based on business needs.
