Catalogue Manager – Dental Products

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for a detail-oriented BDS-qualified professional to manage and optimise our dental product catalogue. This role requires both domain knowledge in dentistry and strong data management skills to ensure accurate and high-quality product listings.

·        Manage and maintain the complete catalogue of dental products across internal systems and external marketplaces.

·        Create, update, and optimise product listings including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

·        Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information.

·        Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams for new product launches and updates.

·        Handle bulk uploads, catalogue audits, and regular data clean-ups.

·        Monitor product performance and suggest improvements for better visibility and conversion.

·        Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company standards.

·        Maintain proper categorisation and tagging of products.

·        BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) – Mandatory.

·        2–3 years of experience in catalogue management, e-commerce, or product data handling.

·        Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.

·        Basic knowledge of dental products or healthcare industry is preferred.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.
