🚨NOW HIRING IMMEDIATLEY: Case Managers
Are you a hard-working individual looking for a REMOTE work from home position?
Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Case Managers to accompany their team!
Position Details: Fully Remote
- Pay: $19/hr. + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits + Paid Training
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday, between 8 AM–10 PM EST (must be flexible for any 8-hour shift)
- Start Date: Projected for August 3rd, 2026
- Equipment: Provided by the company- Shipped to your home
🌟Responsibilities
- Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications.
- Inbound/outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees.
- Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes.
- Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patient needs.
- Ensures patients information is imputed correctly, and reviews benefits summery
- Coordination of benefits
- Working with patients, pharmacy, provider, and payor.
- Assist with Appeal Management for Claim Denials.
✅ Requirements
- Must have a quiet location in home to work.
- PREVIOUS/RECENT Insurance verification or Case Manager experience. (1 + year preferred)
- Previous experience with high-volume calls - Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens)
- High School Diploma or GED
