This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Carrier Advisor. The Carrier Advisor will support job seekers by offering curated career counseling, resume improvement advice, and insights into strategic resume marketing. Responsibilities include assisting clients with interview preparation, guiding them through the application and documentation processes, and providing personalized coaching to enhance their professional growth.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and career counseling skills
• Experience in resume writing, resume marketing, and application strategies
• Proficiency in providing interview preparation and client coaching
• Attention to detail and familiarity with background verification and compliance processes
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in HR or career advisory roles is a plus
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
