About The Roles

We are hiring Car Evaluators for a leading car repairing & re‑selling company. This is a field-intensive technical role where the evaluator visits customer locations using their own 2-wheeler to perform car inspections.

Key Responsibilities

 Visit customer homes/locations to inspect, diagnose, and evaluate cars.

 Perform comprehensive mechanical, electrical & body inspection.

 Identify repair needs and estimate re-selling feasibility.

 Create evaluation reports based on company standards.

 Coordinate with internal repair & sales teams when required.

 Ensure smooth on-ground customer experience.

 Travel daily using own 2-wheeler.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

 Identify and repair issues in used vehicles.

 Strong knowledge of vehicle components such as installs, repairs, maintenance& Repairs, etc.

 Must have repaired Engine, Clutch, Gearbox, Suspension etc.

Technical Experience Requirements

 4-6 years of hands-on car technician/mechanic experience

 Must have strong knowledge of car repairing

 Service Advisors NOT accepted (unless 7+ years & strong repairing background)

 No commercial vehicle experience (Trucks, Autos, etc.)

 No manufacturing/plant/QC/final inspection experience

Educational Requirements

 ITI / Diploma / Graduation (Automobile preferred)

 OEM Experience Required

 Candidates should be from OEM-affiliated service backgrounds such as:

Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value, Tata, Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, etc.

Other Requirements

 Must own a 2-wheeler

 Must have a valid Driving License

 Able to read & understand basic English

 Comfortable with extensive field visits

 Experience with luxury cars (BMW, Mercedes, Audi) is a plus
