As a Capital Markets Business Consultant, you will make an impact by driving business and technology alignment across key financial services domains. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with product leads, technology owners, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that support trading, asset servicing, and investment operations.

• Product Owner (PO) / Business Analyst (BA) responsible for owning the backlog.
• Work closely with the Product Lead and Technology Owner on prioritizing, creating and refining the backlog.
• Well versed in Requirement Elicitation, Prioritization, understanding the Scope, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder analysis & Management, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Product Backlog Management.
• Proficient at story writing to support both business and technical requirements to support feature development, Production stability, security and resiliency requirements.
• Proficient in creating Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document, Use Case specification Document, Workflows, Implementation guides.
• Testing and accepting stories
• Possess a complete understanding of SDLC processes and Agile/ Waterfall methodologies.
