The Campus Ambassador role at MMR Skills is a part-time, remote, commission-based opportunity designed for students who are passionate about helping their peers discover quality learning resources.

As a Campus Ambassador, you will represent MMR Skills within your college or university by promoting our courses, test series, and learning resources through both online and offline channels. You will encourage students to enroll on the platform, organize or support awareness campaigns, share updates through social media, and help increase the reach of MMR Skills among your campus community.

You will also build relationships with student clubs, faculty members, and campus organizations whenever possible to spread awareness about the platform. Additionally, you will collect feedback from students, contribute ideas for promotional campaigns, and regularly report your activities and enrollments to the MMR Skills team.

This is a performance-based role where you are rewarded for the results you achieve.

• This is a paid, commission-based position.
• There is no fixed salary.
• There is no minimum or maximum sales target.
• You will earn commission for every successful enrollment completed through your referral.
• The commission amount payable for each enrollment will be shared during the Introduction Round.
• Your earnings depend entirely on the number of successful enrollments you generate. The more enrollments you achieve, the more you earn.

Before joining as a Campus Ambassador, shortlisted candidates will attend an Introduction Round, where the MMR Skills team will explain:

• Complete work responsibilities
• How the Campus Ambassador Program works
• Commission structure and payment details
• Enrollment process
• Marketing and promotion guidelines
• Code of conduct
• Company policies and terms
• Do's and Don'ts
• Reporting process
• Payment process
• Any other guidelines required to perform the role successfully

Candidates are expected to follow all company policies and guidelines discussed during the Introduction Round throughout their association with MMR Skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Marketing and sales skills to promote MMR Skills and generate student enrollments.
• Networking skills to build relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Active participation in campus activities or student organizations is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time environment.
• Good time management skills to balance academics and ambassador responsibilities.
• Interest in education, online learning, and student development.
• Prior experience as a Campus Ambassador, student leader, or volunteer is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools for promotional activities.
