Job Purpose Looking for exceptional Analytics professional, Data Analysts / Scientist with a proven track record of experience in credit / risk analytics. The Campaign Management Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the bank's cross-sell initiatives by identifying and executing strategic opportunities across retail and SME products. This position ensures the accurate and timely release of credit campaigns through thorough analysis of customer behavior, risk assessment, and delinquency tracking. The role involves enhancing business and risk controls, optimizing existing processes, and adhering to campaign-related policies for effective governance. Job description The Bank has a large customer base on which cross sell campaigns help generate significant business. The responsibility of functional analysts is to ensure accurate and prompt release of these credit campaigns. The exposure will be across retail and SME products Identifying cross-sell campaign opportunities either from a risk control perspective or base/business enhancement perspective. Take up relevant projects to drive this objective Ensure process governance and adherence to campaign related policies Analyzing customer behavior, risk assessment and delinquency tracking Analyzing effectiveness of cross-sell offers & Identifying gaps for improvement/automation Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure campaign changes are incorporated effectively along with timely deployments Optimization & Streamlining of existing processes Major Stakeholders Credit Policy Product Credit Bureaus Process Internal and external Audit Cross functional teams within credit analytics Educational Qualifications Key Skills MCA/MTech/MSc Statistics or Economics/BTech/MBA or equivalent in Computer science/Statistics Hands on experience in python, SQL, databricks Strong technical & analytical skills with experience in handling large quantity of data Proficient in stakeholder management Strong written and verbal communication skills Good data interpretation and reasoning skills
