Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The Caller will be responsible for making calls to prospective students and their families to provide information about the institute’s programs and admissions processes. The role involves answering inquiries, maintaining records of interactions, and actively supporting the enrollment process. Effectively communicating the value of Sun International's educational offerings and engaging professionally with stakeholders will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in handling inquiries and providing detailed information.
- Basic knowledge of call documentation and record-keeping practices for effective follow-up.
- Strong command of the Telugu & English ; fluency in regional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or educational counseling is advantageous.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area full-time.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for education and supporting students in their academic journey.
