This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller located in Gurugram. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and students, guiding them through our tutoring services, and maintaining a record of interactions. Additional duties include addressing inquiries, ensuring clear communication, and providing accurate information about EdifyChamps' offerings. The Caller will play a key role in building relationships and fostering trust with potential customers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and students
• Excellent organizational and document-keeping skills
• Working knowledge of customer service and client management practices
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Prior experience in call handling or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
