Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
