Payout: INR 60,000 per month + Generous incentives

Role Description
The Operations Manager will lead a team of 50 people. The call centre will make calls to give car information and generate showroom visits. Plus, make calls to existing customers to book car service. The Operations Manager will ensure team productivity by maintaining discipline, meeting headcount, connected calls per day, and talk time, and achieving the required conversions.
Requirements
- Experience in a call centre is a must
- Experience in a sales process is a must
- Experience in managing and leading teams in the past
- Should have a target-driven approach
- Should exhibit a deep sense of ownership and high energy levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Experience in the automobile industry is a big advantage
