Overview

This is not a back-office role. You’ll own ITR filings end-to-end, work directly with clients, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. We’re looking for someone who understands tax, communicates clearly, and operates with precision under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute ITR filings with complete accuracy
• Work confidently across different ITR forms
• Apply tax fundamentals (deductions, capital gains, salary, etc.) in real scenarios
• Handle client communication via calls and WhatsApp
• Manage multiple filings and timelines without errors
  
  

Requirements

Skills

• Strong, hands-on ITR filing knowledge (non-negotiable)
• Clear understanding of Income Tax fundamentals
• Good client communication and ownership mindset
• High attention to detail - you don’t miss things
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines calmly
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in tax/compliance roles
• CA ( Final or Inter)
• Background in finance or taxation
  
  

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy is a strong plus
• Exposure to GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) is good to have
