Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Experienced)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws
• Handle tax planning, filing of returns, and representation before tax authorities
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with statutory and external auditors
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management decision-making
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
• Advise management on financial strategy, risk management, and business optimization
• Maintain accurate financial records and improve accounting systems and processes
• Oversee MIS reporting and ensure timely submission to stakeholders
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions (if applicable)

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3–10+ years of post-qualification experience (as required)
• Experience in corporate accounting, taxation, audit, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
