Job Description: An account manager's job description involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a company's clients, acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the company. • Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present reports on account status and performance to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contract Management: Manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements to maximize profits.
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
